Working together to meet the recreational needs of the community.

Our area is a beautiful place to live and work.  It is also a safe place to settle down and raise a family.  You may remember that many in our area dreamed of an area recreation facility.  They realized that dream with the opening of the Middlecreek Area Community Center, the MACC, in 2002.

The MACC provides a gathering place for athletic, wellness, educational, and social activities.  Children, youth and adults practice, play, and compete in many sports.  Teenagers and adults improve their health and fitness on quality exercise equipment and in aerobics sessions.  School children attend programs that aid their intellectual and behavioral development while adults improve their job skills with computer training.  Many people attend meetings, sign-ups for sports, and other social events.  Clearly, the MACC is an asset to the area.

The MACC needs your help now more than ever.  We are striving to eliminate the remaining $800,000 mortgage on our construction loan.  Currently we are spending thousands of dollars on interest on the mortgage.  Imagine that money being used for programs and operating costs instead.  It would be great to have a debt-free facility that is able to expand recreational and social opportunities for our community members.  We would like you to become a member of the 800 Club.

We are seeking 800 pledges of $1,000 or more to pay off the mortgage as soon as possible.  You may make a single $1,000 payment or arrange payments over a two-year period.  By pledging to join the 800 Club, you can enable us to make the MACC even better than it already is.

Stop by and check out the center the next time you are in the area; or to learn more, surf this website.  With your help, the mortgage can be paid in full.

Thank you in advance for any donation you choose to give.
